Aftercare Guide

Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo heals beautifully and lasts for life.

    Keep It Clean

    Gently wash your tattoo with clean hands and mild soap. Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

  2. 02

    Follow Artist Instructions

    Your artist will provide specific aftercare instructions based on your tattoo placement and style.

  3. 03

    Avoid Swimming

    Stay away from swimming pools, sea, and hot tubs for at least 2 weeks while healing.

  4. 04

    Avoid Direct Sun

    Keep your tattoo out of direct sunlight during healing. Use SPF 50+ once healed.

  5. 05

    Do Not Scratch

    Never scratch, pick, or peel your healing tattoo. Let skin shed naturally.

  6. 06

    Moisturise Correctly

    Apply a thin layer of unscented moisturiser 2-3 times daily once the tattoo has stopped oozing.

  7. 07

    Contact Your Artist

    If you notice unusual redness, swelling, or have any concerns during healing, contact Xage Ink immediately.
